Uncountable Nouns
Substances:

Liquids
water, milk, beer, soup, oil, etc.
Solids
meat, cheese, butter, bread, etc.
Gases
pollution, air, oxygen, etc.
Particles
salt, sugar, pepper, rice, etc.

Abstract Nouns:
anger, happiness, fun, knowledge, information, time,
honesty, peace, etc.
Uncountable Nouns

Little / A Little (Uncountable Nouns)
