Excellencies of Worship!

Amplified Bible
But seek (aim at and strive
after) first of all His Kingdom
and His righteousness (His
way of doing and being right),
and then all these things taken
together will be given you
besides.
It is the will and the
pleasure of our
Father God for us to
keep on receiving
from Him!
A. Realize you have a
need!
B. When does seeking
take place?
Let us do at least two
things:
1. It is important that before you
launch a search, you know what you
are searching for. So that you can
prepare for the search!
2. You get a hint of where to do the
search!
a. Of course, we will find the
King!
b. Kingdom provision is at the
Kings command!
c. Kings words are his Laws!
3. Understand kingdom
procedures and protocols!
HOW?
1. God the Object of your worship!
- God is the ONLY acceptable!
Worship! The occupation of
your heart!
- Who we will worship?
- JESUS is the object of worship!
And so, dear brothers, now we
may walk right into the very Holy
of Holies where God is, because
of the blood of Jesus. This is the
fresh, new, life-giving way which
Christ has opened up by tearing
the curtainHis human bodyto
let us into the holy presence of
God.
And since this great High Priest
of ours rules over Gods
household, let us go right in to
God Himself, with true hearts
fully sprinkled with Christs blood
to make us clean, and because
we have been washed with the
pure water.
HOW?
2. Understand the Timing of Worship!
- NOW is the time! (John 4:23)
Worship! The occupation of
your heart!
- Worship is a response!
- Worship is love responding to love!
Who shall separate us from
the love of Christ? shall
tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or
nakedness, or peril, or
sword? . . . I am persuaded,
that neither death, nor life,
nor angels,
nor principalities, nor
powers, nor things present,
nor things to come, nor
height, nor depth, nor any
other creature, shall be able
to separate us from the love
of God, which is in Christ
Jesus our Lord.
THAT RESPONSE IS
WORSHIP!
One-on-one Worship is no
restriction of place, means
and time
If we do not worship God
today, neither shall we
worship Him tomorrow!

3. The Expression of your Worship!
A. Inexplicability of Worship!
Worship! The occupation of
your heart!
B. Inexpressibility of Worship!
C. Intangibility of Worship!
love that releases all of
the hearts adoration,
Worship is
and utilizes all of the
strength of the
worshippers body!
that explains all of the
minds determination,
that expresses all of the
souls attitudes,
- of course, is a response
to a relationship, therefore,
it is not the performance
that makes worship, but
worship motivates the
performance
Worship is
again, is love responding
to love, so it is not the
bowing, the dancing, the
clapping and the singing that
produce the worship, for at
best they can only express
that worship, but it is the
worship that produces the
jubilant response. True
Worship is
worship may have its times
of silence and sighing as
well as its times of singing
and shouting, but the
method of expression does
not itself determine the
intensity of the worship!
Worship is

- Prayer!

- Praise, confession of sin,
and confession of faith
- Reading of Scriptures

- Wisdom;
- Word of Knowledge;
- Discerning of spirits
First Group:
- Baptism of the Holy Spirit

- Operation of the Holy Spirit
- Faith;
- Gifts of healings;
- Working of miracles
Second Group:
- Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Ministry of the Holy Spirit:
- Operation of the Holy Spirit
- Prophesy;

- Interpretation of tongues

6. Uphold the Attitudes of Worship!
Four Attitudes of Worship:
1. Broken Spirit/Contrite Heart
Worship! The occupation of
your heart!
Psalm 51:17

The sacrifices of God are a
broken spirit: a broken and a
contrite heart, O God, thou
wilt not despise.

6. Uphold the Attitudes of Worship!
Four Attitudes of Worship:
1. Broken Spirit/Contrite Heart

2. Humility

Truth of Worship:
1. There can be true worshipper

3. There must be truth in
worship
2. There is such a thing as true
worship

8. Pay the Price of Worship!
1. The tabernacle worship in the
wilderness was extremely costly!

4. Loving is extravagant!
2. Worship has a price tag!
3. Worship is expensive
HOW?

you besides.

This does not negate the
fact that the bible very
specifically mentioned,
that, it is MORE blessed
to give than to receive!
You are MORE Blessed
WHEN YOU GIVE! BUT
BLESSED ARE YOU
BECAUSE YOU CAN KEEP
ON RECEIVING.
While, when you are found
busy giving more of
yourself finding the
kingdom of God, giving of
yourself to spend with
your King in His kingdom,
THERE WILL BE NO LIMIT
ON RECEIVING FROM
GOD AND THEFREFORE
WILL OPEN US UP IN
LIVING A DIFFERENT
LIFSTYLE!
