The SCUL board is the broadband control board. It mainly controls the
system and processes broadband services.

RESET: Reset button, used to reset the board manually.

GPBC Board
The GPBC board is the GPON service board. It works together with the
ONT to access GPON services.
Each GPBC board provides four GPON ports on the front panel.
Each GPON port can connect up to 64 ONTs.

The TOPA board is a TDM uplink interface board. It
provides 16 E1 uplink ports.
The TOPA board must work with its subboards(NH1A) to
transmit the TDM signal upstream
