OBJECTIVES
To perform activities free

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process supplier invoices as per the laid guidelines.
Manage parked and blocked invoices on a timely manner to
meet PTP Target.
Manage invoice mismatch (WF Handling, approval or PO,
invoice differences, etc.)
Managing key supplier accounts.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets and
business needs.
Perform responsibilities in full compliance with AB- InBev
standards, policies and procedures.
Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request.
Attend trainings to get updated with the process and for
personal grooming.
Create and maintain positive work environment.
LEARNING FROM TRAINING
I got to know the entire process of Procure To Pay.
I have learned how to process invoices on time and without errors.
I have learned how to communicate with the counterparts for
approvals and query resolutions.
I have learned how to write formal e-mails.
I have learned how handle and use organizations resources
efficiently.
I got to know the ways of handling complicated situations at work.
I got a little bit idea of the professional environment.
I have become a more patient, confident and a mature individual.
I have learned how to obey the orders of seniors.
I got to know how much important are the policies and regulations
to make an organization succeed. I abide by various organizational
policies which included, the integrity as well.
I got to know how to make and analyze Productivity Report.
I learnt to reconcile Influx with the Kofax Report.
I got cross-trained on other queues.
CHALLENGES FACED
Had to clear all the mandatory tests regarding the policy of the
Company.

Maintaining quality

Vendor Return Letters is a big challenge that our team is currently facing.
Currently, facing a lot of work pressure.

Per head work has been increased as lot of FTEs have been released
recently.

Managing breaks in such a way that work does not get hampered.

Managing cross-trainings.
