PSCORE is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 by Kim Young-Il, a North Korean refugee, to advocate for human rights in North Korea. It provides education and support to North Korean refugees living in South Korea through one-on-one tutoring, English lessons, and published materials. PSCORE also conducts rescue missions to help North Koreans escape from China and raises awareness of human rights issues in North Korea at the United Nations and through street campaigns and lectures.
