Role Responsibility
Project Sponsor/s A senior level executive who will monitor the
Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation
project to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction is achieved. This role serves as
the advisors of the project.
Project Owner/s A senior level executive who has accepted
ownership of investigating and investing in
Microsoft Dynamics NAV and will promote
funding and staffing for the project. Has
approval authority on Budget and scope
change which has direct impact on project
cost.
Project Manager Responsible for project delivery, ensuring the
project is delivered on time and on budget
given the agreed requirements. Responsible
for providing resources to the project and
maintaining communication flows within the
project organization.
ROLES

Role Responsibility
Functional Consultants Responsible for configuring and analyzing, modeling, and
documenting both the existing and planned business
processes for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application to
achieve the customers business requirements. Conducts
trainings, testing and Data Migration to the new system.
Technical Consultants Responsible for the installation of Microsoft Dynamics
LSNAV and its required components, configuring of
database connectivity between stores and HQ and
maintaining proper
Developer Responsible for the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
customization both System and Reports.
Business Process Owners /
Functional Managers
Responsible for communicating the detailed business
requirements and the existing business processes to the
consultants; They are the Subject Matter Experts. They
are directly responsible in defining the key requirements
in their areas of responsibilities in the company.
ROLE

Role Responsibility
Key Users Responsible for using the finalized business system as
designed. The Key Users participates in the Microsoft
Dynamics NAV training sessions. When necessary this
individual supports the end users during the
implementation of the new business system. The Key
Users are also responsible for User acceptance Testing.
IT Representative Responsible for keeping the network and server
applications to run smoothly and making the company
more profitable through positive ROI on IT purchases.
The IT Manager is commonly the owner of the IT budget
