CMS is moving into the 21
st
Century!
We are excited to guide our students into the future that will be theirs.
Technology in education. This will be a learning process, and we will be
monitoring safety and privacy issues closely. At this time we will be introducing
YouTube and other similar sites for instructional video, Facebook for our
clubs/sports teams and some homerooms, and Blogs for use in Language Arts
and Social Studies.
All students will sign an ACU agreement and be expected to practice
responsible & safe computer use. These habits will be important to this
generation throughout their lives.
The following pages include thoughts, fears, and ideas from members of our
school about the changes we are about to implement.
Students are no longer limited to the walls of the
classroom for their education. Its time to broaden our
horizons!
