RELEVANCE OF SIWES PROGRAMM
Acquisition of industrial skills and experiences in
their course of study.
The program prepares students for work
situations/conditions they are likely to meet after
graduation.
WAYS OF IMPROVING THE PROGRAM
Industrial training students should be exposed to
all companies facilities and jobs, since they are
the future of industrialization.
Establishments should be forced to offer
attachment to industrial training students.
ADVICE FOR FUTURE PARTICIPANTS
They should put in their best regardless of the
pay pack.
They should obey safety measure.
ADVICE FOR SIWES MANAGERS
SIWES officials, should carry out a routine check
at their students place of work.
CONCLUSION
SIWES programme is a plus to the Nigerian
educational system, as students are exposed to
practical experience s and good morals.
