Program Overview

 Aim: To recognize and reward those employees who identify new facility
management business for the company and pass on the information in a timely
and accurate manner to the management so that it results in new business.

 Who Can Participate: All employees of SRB and LHD

 Validity : 1st December 2009 to 31st March 2010


 Process : Employee submits lead in the prescribed format. If it results in
start of new business for the company between Jan – Sept 2010, the employee
will be eligible for the reward program.
 Reward Duration: Duration of the new contract up to a maximum of 12
months subject to being employed with SRB / LHD during the period .

 Reward Frequency: Incentive payment at the end of every 3 months.


Program Details

 % of Revenue: On completion of every 3 months of the new business for a


maximum period of 12 months, the employee will be paid a certain percentage
of billing to the client subject to the following conditions:

 Total profit margin will be decided at the start of the contract. 0.5% of
revenue as incentive for business margin below 9 %. 1% for margin of 9 to
11%. 1.5% for margin of 11 to 13%. 2% for margin of 13 to 15% and 2.5% for
margin over 15%.

 % of revenue for incentive will be calculated on the before tax amount.

In case of any payments being with held by the client for double the agreed
upon credit period, the outstanding amount will only be considered for incentive
once the payment is received.

Even a small business with 10 to 12 manpower will give billing of around Rs 1 lac
Some Interesting Facts

 A small 10000 - 12000 sq ft office requires 8 to 10 housekeeping staff for


cleaning and maintenance.

 A small contract like this including manpower + consumables + machines


can result in you getting incentives up to Rs 4000 to 6000 every 3 months.

 Once you get the business you keep enjoying the benefits for up to 1 year.

 Direct business from the client will always result in more incentives.

 The more the services the better the incentives – manpower, consumables,
machines, pest control, landscaping, reprographics etc etc.
