Acute Stress Hypo stress is a type a stress which occurs when a adolescent is having a boredom. This kind of stress may cause teenagers feel restless and anxious. For example, teenagers who participate in a society may face hypo stress if they are not given any tasks or positions.
Hypo Stress Hyper stress usually occurs among teenagers when they being pushed over the limits of their ability or what they can handle. Teenagers that have this kind of stress will over react to insignificant matters or events. For example, they will always argue or quarrel with their family members for a very little reason. Hyper Stress Chronic stress is the response to emotional pressure suffered for a prolonged period. Chronic stress results from a state of on going physiological arousal. To cite an example, people who is living in poverty may face financial problem.
