PROCESS-Stage I

• FELT CONFLICT-getting emotionally involved in a
conflict creating anxiety, frustration or hostility.

This is the stage where conflict issues get defined & parties
decide what the conflict is all about. It also brings forth the
emotional linkages to the issue.
