Topic : Entrepreneurial Training
Training is a process of learning a sequence of programmed behavior.
It is the application of knowledge & gives people an awareness of rules
& procedures to guide their behavior.
It helps in bringing about positive change in the knowledge, skills &
attitudes of Entrepreneur.
Training is the systematic instruction of staff at all levels in new
attitudes or new skills.
Mere learning job is not training. Training refers to scheme of
instruction which is more or less formal and ongoing which is planned
systematic consistent pervasive and monitored to measure its
effectiveness.
Definition:- According to Jucius the term training is used to
indicate only a process by which the aptitudes, skills and
capabilities of the employees to perform specific job.
Training is the acquisition of knowledge, skills,
and competencies as a result of the teaching
of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to
specific useful competencies.
Entrepreneurship is a key driver of our economy.
Wealth and a high majority of jobs are created by small businesses
started by entrepreneurially minded individuals, many of whom go
on to create big businesses.
Entrepreneurship education is a lifelong learning process,
starting as early as elementary school and progressing through all
levels of education, including adult education.
The Standards and their supporting Performance Indicators are
a framework for teachers to use in building appropriate
objectives, learning activities, and assessments for their target
audience.
Using this framework, students will have: progressively more
challenging educational activities; experiences that will enable
them to develop the insight needed to discover and create
entrepreneurial opportunities.
And the expertise to successfully start and manage their own
businesses to take advantage of these opportunities.

how academic skills connect to real business opportunities and hopes for
success, employees can be motivated to work harder. It also give wide scope
to employees for creativity and energy and offer a positive way for employees
to channel their talents.
