A research proposal on customer satisfaction

towards Samsung mobile


INTRODUCTION


Customer satisfaction is defined as "the number of customers, or
percentage of total customers, whose reported experience with a
firm, its products, or its services (ratings) exceeds specified
satisfaction goals.
First of all we formulate the hypothesis that we want to verify that
must be relevant to the objective of research that we are going to
conduct.

we tabulate and analyses the data through proper statistical tools and
charts we interpret and can test hypothesis on the basis of the
response we got thorough the study that we conducted.
At the end we conclude the research and give suggestions to
company that can help in improving customers satisfaction level.

Significance of study:

It gives clear idea about Are the customers of Samsung mobile,
satisfied or not?
To know the preference of Samsung customers.
As far as we are concerned about the mobile industry and its future
growth it would be important to study the trend prevailing under the
market particularly in teenagers.

objective of study:
To know the satisfaction level of Samsung mobile customer
To know customers attitude toward Samsung mobile
To find the customers problems related to mobile thereby in future
product can be improved
To analyze the buying behavior of customers
Research Methodology
HYPOTHESIS OF STUDY
Ho : more than 70% of the customers are satisfied with Samsung
mobile.
H1 : less than 70% of the customers are satisfied with Samsung
mobile.

RESEARCH DESIGN
Sample site : Mumbai city.
Sample size : 1000 customers.
Sample method: Convenience random sampling.

Teenagers, adults and including people having age around 15-50
year.

The task of data collection begins after a research problem has
been defined and research design plan chalked out. Here we
would go for data collection through questionnaire. Sources we
would use those are:

The basic reason behind this project is to study the satisfaction level
of Samsung customer toward the Samsung mobile.
The research undertaken is descriptive research; the type of the
research design is qualitative research.
The scaling tools used for our research are nominal and ordinal scale.

PROJECT IMPLICATION

This research report would be useful for the people wants to start
communication business.
Its also useful for the students for the further study as reference material.
This report can be use by the company to know the current market scenario
of their product.

Limitation
Less time period
Because of time limitation the researcher has to collect data fast that
may result in increasing the chances of analysis and interpretation
error.
Unwillingness of respondence.
Some questionnaire may be filled by errors and also some respondent
may not be ready to give their review regarding product may because
of having no time for it.
Cost is limited.
Cost affects most to this research, as far as cost is limiting factor we
cant reach to scattered area through online questionnaire and
personal interview.

CONCLUSION:

At the end of study we will be able to answer following questions or
the conclusions we may derive about given aspects:
What is the brand awareness of Samsung mobile?
Brand positioning of the company,
Consumers attitude toward Samsung mobile.
Problematic area those consumers are facing using mobile.
Market potential of the future product, as well as by these all
consumers satisfaction toward Samsung mobile
