Sekeluarga, a footwear & foot care retailer that emphasis
on your family need, from infant to the elderly. Wide
range and variety of foot care choices which suite the
taste and demand for customers from any level ( age,
gender, social status and occupation) are available here.
KasutYOU started with just two shop lots along Jalan
Banggol, Kuala Terengganu when it first established in
April, 2002.

Product / Service

As depicted by the companys name, KasutYOU is dealing with footwear and foot care retailing. In line with our
motto, our main objective is to provide our customer with footwear necessary to the whole family, from baby to the
elderly. Variety of choices for any age and level of customer which includes leather, sports, lifestyle, ladies, children,
school shoes, socks, etc are available at KasutYOU.


Specifically, we are focusing on family business, who have a stronger family bonds and prefer family orientated
shopping with the whole family. To accommodate to this, we are reserving wider walkway to ensure that our valued
customer have a more pleasant and comfortable shopping experience. On top of that, we are trying our best on
creating an excellent shopping experience to our customers.


Besides that, we do also emphasis on customer satisfaction whereby the goods sold are fair in price, good in quality,
trendy and having a variety of brands. In short, most values to the customers by providing goods with reasonable
price for the best quality assurance. For that, we do practice goods exchange grace periods from 1 week to 1 month.
Besides offering the major brands, we do also offer our own house brands to the fellow

Malaysias Market.

Advertising

A series of advertising are done by the Company to gain the awareness of the public about
this Company. Getting public awareness is crucial to success as this is the first level in a
customers psychological stages prior to a purchase decision. Among the advertisement
methods implement are:

a) VIP Membership Cards

Kasut You offers VIP Membership programs to his entire value customers. With this privilege,
the VIP members can collect points on every cents spent at any outlet of Kasut You.

All the points collected will remain in account for a period of 5 years. A series of interesting
gift is awaiting for the member to redeem.

In year 2004, the Company started with direct mailing to its VIP members. By using this
direct mailing communication, any information can be directed to specific individual
customer personally. Attached with the direct mailings are some discounts and cash voucher.
All the vouchers are color printed and come with numbering. Besides that, Kasut You does
keep in touch with his value customer via short message system (SMS). The Company will
sms to their VIP members to notice them about the sales or promotions held in the outlets.

b) Newspapers Write Up

By the end of year 2005, Harian Metros reporter had a few write up for Kedai Kasut You Sdn. Bhd. Since then, more and more
people in Malaysia get to know bout this biggest footwear retailing shop in Malaysia.

A series of interview is conducted to explore more about the legend and the story for the success for a local business.
c) Yearly Lucky Draw

Lucky Draw Promotion is the yearly programme host by Kasut You.
Normally, this programme will last for few months in conjunction with the Hari Raya Sales and Back To School
Sales.

A range of exclusive gifts are ready to give away to the lucky customers. Among the gifts offered are motorcycles,
refrigerators, color TVs, computer, notebook, washing machines, 3G handphones, bicycles, DCD players, table fans
and lots more*.

d) Fliers

Fliers are distributed to the public during
promotion program, especially in conjunction
with our grand opening of new outlets or
during stock clearance. Usually, the fliers are
placed in the letter box at housing estates or
just by putting it on vehicles parked at car
parks.

e) Bantings and Banners

Approximately 150 bantings and 25 banners are placed
in KT town, especially during Hari Raya Puasa and Back
to School promotion to alert the public about the
promotions held by the Company. On top of that,
buntings and banners are also place at Pasir Puteh
(Kelantan) and Jerteh (Terengganu) during promotion
seasons to create the public awareness of our ongoing
promotions.
f) Media Contact

Media advertisements are done via radio
channel and also some printed publication
such as newspapers and magazine. At this
point of time, Kasut You does work closely
with Tfm (Radio Terengganu), Kelantan FM &
THR by putting up advertisement in their radio
channel.

Besides that, Kasut You do from time to time
place advertisement in local newspapers to
keep the fellow customers alert about the
latest promotions held at Kasut You.

g) In house posters

Attractive in house posters are placed in the outlets to attract more customers to come.

h) Free gifts

Free gift are given out to customers, especially during special promotion. For example, Red Packet and Sampul Duit Raya (green
packets) are given respectively during Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Approximately 500,000 green packets are
distributed in a year.

Besides that, time table, calendars, stationery sets and shoes white are also been distributed during Back To School and the
year end promotion as part of gifts given to our valued customers. From time to time, the Company will also give away some
souvenirs to their fellow customers. In July 2005, the 20,000 pieces of free gifts are ready to be given away.

i) Business Affiliate

Kasut You who joins OSK Priority Card Programme and Digi Mobile Vouchers programme is
giving out special free gifts to OSK Priority Card holder and Digi users upon their purchase
with Kasut You.

Besides OSK Priority Card, Kasut You do get involves with Digi. Kasut You one of the official
business partners for Mobile Voucher Programes launched by Digi Telecommunications.

j) Advertisement on vehicles

The Company is still in the midst of having the advertisement on vehicles. For the initial
stage, the vehicles for Kasut You will be painted with Kasut You corporate color and carries
a series of brand name hold by Kasut You at this moment.
