Problems & Concerns

Early

enrollees were late for classroll due

to late submission of subjects schedule.
Once the specific subject schedule is
closed, students await for the new
creation of another schedule which
always take time.
Indication of Class ID was not realized in
the students RF for easy finding of specific
subject schedule in the program.

indicated in the classroll.
Inaccurate inclusion of students to
specific subject schedule .
Students were wondering where to verify
its official classroll.

who helped for classroll data entry.
Teachers had difficulty on advising
students on what subject schedules are
currently open or closed.
Students were complaining about the
hard-time on going back and fourth from
the department due to conflict or

Early Submission of Subjects Schedule by all

departments (2 weeks before the start of
official enrollment).
All departments must prepare reserved
subjects schedule.
Inclusion of Class ID in the Registration Form
(RF) for easy data entry. (Reformat RF, if
possible)

Teachers must strictly disallow students to

enter class if names are not included in the
class roll and advise to see the registrar
instead.
More Trainings for the In-charge on the use of
the CRS Program.
Two Touchscreen LCDs to be placed in the
hallway of the centennial ground floor
building for students Real-time Portal for
Subjects and Grades Inquiry.
