Objectives and issues

At present A-One polymer is


dominating the pipe and fittings
industry. Its bends and TEEs WYEs,
TRPs and accessories are very good in
quality. The market share of last year
was 35% and now their target is to
achieve 70% of market share. In the
market the price will be medium.

Marketing strategy

A-one polymer has different


marketing strategies such as Attract
the customers through advertisements
in the local newspaper, advertises the
shops banners and named outlet, the
executives will supply the list of the
product to the developers and real
estate agencies. Some customers are
also included for sale of the product.

industry in Bangladesh. They have 60
years of experience and the quality is

than China. For their standard

A-one polymer uses many distribution


channels to distribute the pipes and
fittings. The raw materials are
imported from, Singapore, Malaysia
to produce the product in the factory
at Tongi. From the factory it is
distributed to the A-one dealer, some
companies and public organizations.
From the dealer the retailer gets the
product then in the sanitary shops it
is provided finally customer gets the
product.
