Key duties/responsibilities for quality supervisor

Audit for compliance with company GMP policies

Audit for compliance to control plan requirements
Prepares certificates of compliances and / or analysis , customer scorecards and
other customer required documents
4. Document the processes involved when creating bottles in order to keep quality
records
5. Ensures that testing standards, procedures, and equipment provide reliable results
and prevent shipment of off quality products
6. Train, Mentor and develop direct reports and peers to be skilled experts in the
application of Quality tools (SPC, DOE, Centerlining Process, Control Plans,
Problem Solving, etc.)
7. Facilitate problem-solving and process improvement processes with
manufacturing and the customer to achieve resolution and elimination of current
product issues
8. Audit sites for compliance to national standards for sanitation, product safety, and
quality systems
9. Provide leadership to direct reports in accordance with company core values
10. Other duties as assigned by Manager

3+ years manufacturing quality/supervisory experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Associate or Bachelors Engineering Degree
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience (preferably OE
/ Glass)
10. Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification
