CONCLUSION:

The Civil dispensary-38 is providing various

promotive, preventive and curative services as
required by a Primary Health Centre, however the
following areas can be improved to provide better
healthcare services:

24 hr services are not available.

No emergency services or provision of minor surgical
procedures available because of lack of proper
sterilisation facilities and manpower.
No IPD and no provision for deliveries.
Shortage of medicines.
Medical Termination of Pregnancy facilty not available.
All National Health Programmes are not being run.
