You Copy Roles for the user groups to which you want to send the

After your project test phase, create learning units from the project
structure and the learning material assigned to it, in the transaction
Manage Learning Maps, and generate Learning Maps in HTML
format out of them, for the user groups (roles).
The learning map can be sent to the end user so that the end user
can work independently.

In test management run through the following phases:
Determining the testing scope
When introducing new SAP solutions, the testing scope can be derived
from the Business Blueprint. When changes are made to the system,
for example activation of support packages), you can determine the
critical business processes using a change impact analysis.
Test planning
You set up a test system, generate test data, develop manual or
automatic test cases, create test plans, and assign test packages to
suitable testers.

Some of the key features are:
System Recommendations
You can use this function to find appropriate SAP Notes for a technical
system, to display them, and to execute additional tasks associated
with them. In addition to Hot News, which has been integrated into
System Recommendations, you can manage Security Notes,
Performance Notes, Legal Change Notes, and Correction Notes.
These functions are available in the Change Management work center.
Maintenance Optimizer
The Maintenance Optimizer suggests relevant product versions and
systems for maintenance, based on SAP Solution Manager system
landscape data, and leads you through the steps to download and
implement the product maintenance files. These functions are available
in the Change Management work center.

Note Assistant
Enables corrections described in SAP Notes to be imported
automatically.
License Management
With a valid maintenance contract, you can supply your managed
systems automatically license data (licenses and maintenance
certificates) using the SAP Solution Manager. You need the license
data to download SAP Support Packages with various installation tools.
