History of the D A V Institutions


the demise of Maharishi Swami Dayanand Saraswati in
1883, a group of socially oriented people met to mourn his

death. They decided to raise a memorial which should be

Students
Be regular and punctual . Ensure that you

reach school by 7.55 a.m. (or as fixed by


the school).
Attend school in proper, smart and neat
uniform.
Do not leave class without a class outpass.
Take care of school property ensure that
desks/furniture/walls etc. are not scratched
or damaged.
Lending/borrowing money or other articles
in not permitted. Do not wear or bring
expensive items to school.
Library books should be looked after well.
Any damage/loss will be paid for by the
borrower.
Due respect should be shown to prefects,
class monitors and students on duty.

PARENTS
The diary should be carried to school daily

and regularly countersigned.


Prior appointment with the incharge may
be sought to discuss the problem of your
ward.
Any change of address/telephone number
should be notified immediately.
Ensure that your ward makes up for work
missed by him/her during absence/leave
with the guidance of the teachers.
Ensure prompt follow up of medical report
sent by the school.
The students should be dropped at the
school gate by 7.50 a.m. Please do not
enter the classrooms or meet teachers
without
written
permission

the
