Ramsons Botanical description:


Multi-year species (Alliaceae)
Grows in large populations
White flowers gathered in multi floral
Broad leaves with long leaf stem that is twisted half time
The seed capsule is 3-4 mm wide by 3 distinct furrows
Similar to Lily of the Valley (not to be confused)

Wild garlic - Ramsons ingredients:


ALLIN (ALLICIN) Oily liquid which disappears within hours after
the plant was picked
Vitamin C in blades (750 mg%), in the seed (100 mg%)
Essential oil (approximately 0.07%) which includes: alilsulfid,
alilopolisulfid, divinyl sulfide
Other ingredients: selenium, manganese, magnesium, sulfur,
iron, zinc, vitamins A and B, minerals, etc.

Medicinal properties of ALICIN


Dissolved from 1: 85,000 to 1: 125,000 alicin shows antibiotic activity against d
gram positive/gram negative microorganisms: staphylococci, streptococcal, etc.
Wild garlic is 20 times stronger than garlic
Only 1/10000 gram of wild garlic has the strength of 25 mg Penicillin

Wild garlic - how it works?


The high content of vitamin C prevents oxidation of cholesterol, vitamin B6 lowers homocysteine and
reduces the risk of atherosclerosis, heart attack and stroke. Lowered platelet aggregation normalizes
blood pressure, lowers triglycerides and LDL. Natural antibiotics that are effective against bacteria,
parasites, amoebas.... Sulfide compounds eliminates heavy metals. Protects red and white blood cells
from oxidation caused by the presence of heavy metals in the blood. Alin being transformed into allicin the most powerful natural antimicrobial agent. It contains four times more gamma-glutamyl peptides, iron
and ACE inhibitors, 30% sulfur and 20 times more adenosine than regular garlic and regulate
hypertension and tachycardia.

2. Considered as fresh only 1 to 2 days after it was picked.
3. Most healer, young leaves that are found in nature only 20 to 30 days.
