Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about your Electrocolor Television, which I bought from
you on 2 March 2014 invoice no EM 67103.
Since I have had the set, I have had to call your service engineers four times to see
to both the sound and vision of the set as it is sometimes impossible to get either
clear sound or picture.
The television is guaranteed for one year, but I do not intend to keep calling
engineers who can only repair the set temporarily.
Would you please either replace the television with a new one, or give me a refund.
I have always found your products to be satisfactory, so I am sure a company with
your reputation will fulfil its guarantees to their consumers.
I hope to hear from you within the next few weeks.
Yours Faithfully,
Chi Wai Law

Dear Mr Choi
Re. Order No. 768197
I am writing to inform you about the goods that we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly.
On 3 June 2014 we placed an order with your company for 12,000 ultra super long-life batteries. The consignment arrived
yesterday but contained only 1,200 batteries. This error put our company in a difficult position, as we had to make some
emergency purchases to fulfil our commitments to all our customers. This caused us considerable inconvenience.
We think the mistake could have been caused by recording errors in sales department of your company.
I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such errors do not happen again.
Otherwise, we may have to look elsewhere for our supplies.
I look forward to hearing from you within the next few days.
Yours sincerely
