Concept of JMP

Recruitment of junior managers (masters/MBA degree/ CA


with one to three years professional experience) with
the potential to assume department head position in
68 years in the country or abroad.

Program duration 2 years, 4 stages, including a six-month


stay abroad as well as a cross-divisional stage

systematic preparation for management tasks

As a JMP associate you will:

Work as a responsible leader of business or technical projects right


from beginning.

Gain intensive training project management, leadership, foreign


language and soft skills.

Gain expertise on the automotive and engineering domain.

Have exposure to an international assignment, one year after joining*.

Participate in JMP networking meets.

Be mentored by senior manager.

Selection criteria for JMP

Very good academic background (more than 60% throughout)

Professional experience preferred (1 3 years)

Experience abroad preferred

Ability to learn foreign language
