To be a driving force of national, regional and global development with new high
value-added products and services and technological innovations so as to
contribute to the creation of wealth and the promotion of community growth.

Mission
To ensure a better contribution to society with the production of goods and the
provision of high value-added services resulting from over 100 years of
continuous and sustained business growth, constant innovation associated with
the development of infrastructure projects for clean energy production from
renewable sources, and with provision of process equipment and logistic
services for handling goods and information.

HISTORY OF
IMPSA

IMPSAs origin dates back to 1907, when the grandfather of Enrique M.


Pescarmona, current Chairman of the Company, founded Talleres
Metalrgicos Enrique Epaminondas Pescarmona in the province of
Mendoza, where cast iron spare parts, wine making equipment and
gates for irrigation canals were manufactured.
In the late 1980s IMPSA expanded its operation to overseas and Lumut
plant was formed in late 90s. With a production floor space of 21,000
square meters erected on 17.8 hectare site in Lumut, Malaysia. The
plant manufactures turbines, generators, hydro mechanical equipment,
cranes and generator components.

IMPSA PROFILE
IMPSA is a hundred year-old company that provides integrated solutions
for power generation from renewable resources, equipment for the
process industry and environmental services.
To perform its tasks, IMPSA has been organized into the following
business units suchIMPSA Hydro,IMPSA WindandIMPSA Energy,
all of them engaged in the provision of total solutions for sustainable
power generation whileIMPSA Process, a manufacturer of equipment
for the process industry andIMPSA Environmental Services, which is
dedicated to waste management and treatment.
