In order to balance the workload, frequent


intervals can be given in between work, or even
meditation room or Yoga Room or Prayer room
shall be introduced.

The company could provide excellent canteen


facilities, by providing the employees with
variety of quality food and can also introduce
subsidized lunch.

employees to ensure safe and secure journey.

CONCLUSION
As seen from the study, the organization has
provided its employees with adequate facilities on
par with the market conditions.
It is concluded from the study that Employees
are satisfied with the SAIPEM. and it is the duty of
the HR personnel of these industries to address the
issues of their employees, frequently analyzed and
reported, so that it will be more effective in
dealing with the issue sooner rather than later.
