Status of Land and Building

Land measuring 6478 Sq Mtr has been allotted in
registration of which will be done after General elections
25 Gunthas(0.625 acre) of land in Bangalore was approved
by Govt of Karnataka and an amount of 21,87,555/remitted to Karnataka Government
Space has already been allotted by CPWD at Kochi for Sub
Zonal Unit and Trivandrum Sub Zone will be shifted to Kochi
shortly

Land for Office building has been acquired at Vijay Nagar,

Indore the construction plan for which is not yet finalized
Proposal of acquiring land of Mumbai Port Trust is pending
with and it has been informed that policy matter regarding
land is not resolved in Ministry Level
