C. Sessions
Regular - every quarter at such time and place determined by the Board
Special - may be called by the chairman upon request of at least 3 members of the board

D. Tenure
Members shall serve only during the period of incumbency in their respective positions

A. Application form for ECE-CPE Program:
Monthly, Semestral, Quarterly, and Annual
B. Evaluation Forms contains:

Number of hours per lecture

International Convention - 10 credit units/ hour
National Convention- 8 credit units/ hour
Regional Convention - 4 credit units/ hour
Live-in Seminar & Post Graduate Convention - 4 credit units/ hour

IV. Credits Rating for Facilitators/ Speakers/ Demonstrator
International Convention- 25 credit units/ hour
National Convention - 15 credit units/ hour
Regional Convention - 10 credit units/ hour

V. Credit Rating for ECE Educators based on Semestral Load

Full Time Faculty (15 units & above) - 20 credit units/ semester
Part Time Faculty (12 units & above) - 10 credit units/ semester

VI. Special Categories

Professional Lecturer Per Hour - 10 credit units/ sem
Administration - 10 credit units/ sem

VII. Exemption to CPE Guidelines provided reasonably and
properly applied for:
1. Individual Professional 60 year or over
2. Individual requesting to discontinue practice by the reason of
a. Health
b. Retirement

VIII. Effectivity upon approval of PRC on recommendations,

the BECE Board will implement these guidelines and require
renewal of PRC/ ECE as follows:

Or - 135 credit units/ 3 years
