For a reflection asymmetric quantum system, a

good quantum number is the simplex quantum
number, namely s. This is the eigenvalue of an
operator formed from the combination of Rotation
(by ) and Parity operators as S1=P R1-1 Where 1
indicates the axis perpendicular to the symmetry
For a rotational band, parity alternates
axis.

84<N<94 region
All N=84, 88, 90 isotones with Z= 56, 58, 60
show the signature of aligned octupole phonon condensation.
The octupole phonons become less collective and less aligned
for N>90, Z>66. Condensation disappears.
The strong admixture of the two-phonon octuople state into
positive parity yrast states inhibits the neutron i 13/2 alignment for
Z<68. (Analogous to 240Pu ). Backbend observed for Z>66.

What about Z=54, 56, N>88 ?

Conclusion
1.The study of Cd Isotopes has
given experimental itself to a
reinterpretation of Cadmium
nuclei.
2. The study of Gd isotopes has added to the systematics of
quadrupole deformation. And reports new half lives, first time level
schemes and first observations of gamma rays.
3. The study of Ba and Ce has revealed firm measurements of parity
doublets in even-even nuclei through the use of angular
correlation. Analyses has given new interpretations for these
nuclei important data for being decisive between these theories.
The point of this work was to participate in the leading edge of
