reservas en las minas de Nevada.2007 Se adquiere la compaa Dynamic Drilling Fluids (empresa abocada
a Fluidos de Completacin).2010 Se adquiere la compaa AMBAR Lone Star Drilling Fluids con
fuerte presencia y equipamientos en pozos Off Shore.-
