VKGUY
Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana
Aim
To promote exports of specified agricultural products Gram Udyog
products, forest based products.

Benefits
Duty credit scrips are granted @5% of FOB value of exports in free foreign
exchange.
3% in cases where exporter has also availed benefits of
Drawback at rates higher than 1%
Specific DEPB rate i.e. other than Miscellaneous Category Schedule
Advance Authorization or Duty Free Import Authorization import for inputs other
than catalysts, consumables and packing materials

Some specified flowers, fruits, vegetables and other products, are entitled
to an additional duty credit scrip equivalent to 2% of FOB value of exports
Status holders are entitled to Agricultural Infrastructure Incentive Scrip
(AIIS) = 10% FOB value of agricultural exports

Intermediate storage shed - 40% of the cost of equipment subject to a ceiling of

Mechanized handling facilities - 40% of the cost of equipment subject to a ceiling
of INR 25.00 lakhs per beneficiary per Plan period.
Cable cars for banana and other crops - 40% of the cost subject to a ceiling of INR
75.00 lakhs per beneficiary per Plan period.
Vapour heat treatment, electronic beam processing or irradiation facilities 40% of the cost subject to a ceiling of INR 50.00 lakhs per beneficiary per Plan period.
Environment control system - 40% of the cost subject to a ceiling of INR 35.00
