Bi terzi is going to collect the orders from the customers


by couriers who are well trained for taking
measurements. After they collect the orders, they
allocate them to the most appropriate tailors.

These tailors are selected and interviewed before they


are employed full time. As for the reason, couriers will
know where to take the clothes after they collect them
from the customers.

For an effective customer relationship, during and after


orders, customers can always reach someone from Bi
terzi through live talk on the application, telephone, email, or Whatsapp.

Bi terzi presents different options for customers. They


can either choose the tailor himself or the courier for
fitting. If the customer wants the tailor for fitting, the
price changes on an hour base including commuting
costs.
