Pair work. Participant A and Participant B

Both participants A and B get a piece of paper each.

The papers contain jumbled up sentences on the
story Little Red Riding Hood
Participants A and B sit back-to-back.
They read to each other the sentences on their
papers and rearrange them in correct sequence
without looking at the partners paper. They fill in
the brackets at the end of the sentences.
After the time is up, they sit side-by-side and
complete the handout ( caterpillar ) or ask the
students to form their own GO or Flow Map.

How to Play PAC

This game is played by 4 players
Each player is given 5 cards except for the first
player who has 6 cards.
Players read their own cards and decide on what
event they want to keep based on the most cards
they hold on that particular event.
Put these selected cards aside and remember the
event. (If any player has all 5 cards on an event, he
or she is the winner. )
Hold other cards ( which are not relevant to the event
chosen ). The first player who has 6 cards starts first
by dropping a card he or she does not want on the
middle of the table for other players to see.

Second player picks the card dropped by the

first player if he or she wants the card and
drops a card ( each player must maintain 5
cards in hand )
If the second player does not want the card,
he or she can just say pass.
The third player sees the card dropped by
the second player and if he/she wants the
card, he picks it and replaces it with another
card by dropping a card in his possession.

The fourth player does the same thing.

This is done and repeated until they get all the 5
cards on the event they choose.
The first player who gets all the 5 cards on the
event chosen is the winner. He then, arranges the
cards in correct sequence and completes the
handout ( coaches of the train )
The other players continue to play until all of them
get all the 5 cards.
