Two steaks in one; one side is tenderloin (filet) and the other side is a
New York Strip Steak

Bone-In Ribeye
The tenderness and flavor of a Ribeye with the savory flavor added
from the bone

Prime Rib
Very tender steak that is cooked in the oven. Same cut as the Ribeye
(just cooked a different way) so it shows marbling which lends to the
flavor

Available only after 4 pm and while supplies last

Hand Cut Steaks


Facts
The Texas T-Bone is the only steak we do
not cut in the store.
All of our burgers are handmade and
cooked to order.
Smothering a steak refers to covering it in
sauted mushrooms and sauted onions.
Peppers, jack cheese, bleu cheese, and brown
gravy can also be added.

Prime Rib is served every day after 4 pm


while supplies last
