Racial Consciousness.
It was the main barrier to communication between Baker and Rennalls.
Though Rennalls was studied in London University , he was staunch
nationalist . He had a Barracanian attitude. Due to this attitude of
Rennalls, Baker was unable to make a breakthrough. So he called
Rennalls in his office and talked him. Baker was trying to convince
Rennalls that he should behave equally with his European counterparts .
Rennalls was also not agreed that why the only Europeans are holding
higher position.
