Salient Features
DESIGN CONCEPT :

The structre is designed as RCC framed structure with 2 Basements, Ground

+9 upper Floors for a life span of 80 years with reasonable maintenance. Each
floor will have two wings with required infrastructure for their independent
functioning so as to facilitate floor/wing wise sale/lease of surplus area, if
need be. The Foundation is Raft Foundation with Rock Anchors. Necessary
expansion joints area provided to take care of seismic movements required
for the latest earthquake zoning of Mumbai.

The Elevation of the Buildings consists of Structural Glazing, Aluminium

Composite Panel Cladding and Louvers. There is an added feature of
Stainless Steel Screen with reflectors in front of the glazing which will make
the Building stand out among the other Buildings in the Area. The Arcade
cladding is with white Crystalised glass.

The Internal Finishes in Main Lobby and Floor Lobbies are combination of
Italian Marble and Granite in Floors and Dados. The Floor of Toilets and
Pantries will have Granite Flooring with Coloured Glazed Tiles full height
Dado on walls. The Internal Finishes of the Office Areas will be a part of
Interiors.

In Services the Electrical Installation consist of 2X1250 KVA

Transformers,HT&LT Panels,2X750 KVA D.G. sets, Centralized A.C. system of
1200 TR capacity,.

The Fire Fighting consists of sprinklers at the ceiling level in Basements as

well as upper floors and Fire Hose Reels. Intelligent addressable fire alarm
system is proposed. The Building Management System is also proposed.
