The construction of Burj Khalifa had an estimated budget of more than 4000
million, which was increased to 20 000 million for the full development of the
project
La construccin del Burj Khalifa cont con un presupuesto estimado de ms de 4
000 millones de dlares, que se increment hasta los 20 000 millones para el
desarrollo completo del proyecto.

DISEO
La forma de la base del Burj Khalifa est basada en la forma geomtrica de una
flor, la Hymenocallis blanca de seis ptalos cultivada en la regin de Dubi,
consiste en una Y, compuesta de arcos basados en los domos de la arquitectura
islmica.

ARCHITECTURE:
The base of the building has a core and three side sections projecting
from this. These side sections amount each at a different height and
make the structure of the building will be closer. The height at which
amounts each section of the wings form a spiral staircase towards the
left, surrounding the building and serves to counter strong winds and
numerous sandstorms in Dubai.
ARQUITECTURA:
La base del edificio cuenta con un ncleo y tres secciones laterales que
sobresalen de este. Estas secciones laterales ascienden cada una a
distinta altura y hacen que la estructura del edificio vaya siendo ms
estrecha. La altura a la que asciende cada seccin de las alas forma una
escalera en caracol con direccin a la izquierda, que rodea el edificio y
sirve para contrarrestar los fuertes vientos y las numerosas tormentas de
arena de Dubi.
