• Borrow micropipettes from Mr. Werner, bring
in so that students can try using the
micropipette with a dye.
• Create small activity to simulate restriction
enzymes – have students look at a string of
nucleotides and cut at specific sequences
• Borrow vortex from Mr. Werner and have
students use on samples.
