expansion and diversification of company, Thus Bharti Airtel
should start dealing in there Towers and machinery
department too rather being dependent on other company.
Innovation with respect to services, competitors of Airtel are
not only other telecom company but also company like skype.
Thus Airtel need to give better services which can compete
skype, Hangout etc.
Need to set competitive price because of the rivals are not
only Idea, Vodafone, Reliance but also BSNL, DOCOMO, Uninor
etc., These company has a price advantage over Airtel.
