Staff Well-being (SWB) Unit set up in TDD in Apr


07 to look into the physical, emotional and social
well-being of all MOE staff, both EOs and EAS.

Conceptualised ‘OLive’ as an integrated


approach to SWB at MOE.

Working with 4 prototype clusters (N7, E3 ,W2


and S4) to develop a targeted approach to
address needs and concerns of staff.

the role young teachers below the age of 30 play in
moulding the future of our nation.
