VAULT ACCESS

Employees can access the Vault via the H&S Intranet page (if on the Beca network).

VAULT MAIN PAGE

Employees can choose
the required option which
will take them to a report
form for completion.

SMs, H&S Reps and

Corporate Services - If you
have actions to complete after
a report has been lodged you
would select this option.

Note: Access to the Vault system is available to

all Section Managers and H&S Reps using single
sign on so if you are signed into the Beca network
you can access the Vault directly.

REPORT HAZARD
A hazard is a situation that poses a
level of threat to life, health, property,
or environment.
A hazard could be identified at office or
work site during an inspection or site
walk through.
Hazards identified during site walk
through are required to be registered
in VAULT as Hazards.
Hazards that are removed immediately
could be closed after review and
Risk Assessment carried out when the
hazard identified are integral part of
work which could not be eliminated.

You will receive an incident number once you have successfully submitted an incident.

UNSUCCESSFUL you get an

error message (as below) then
you need to scroll back up the
form to see if any areas are
highlighted by a red underline if
so fill in the missing information
and then select Submit again.

Safety Hub Coordinator receives an email on
the incident
