Corruption came from the English
word Corrupt which originated from
Latin word corruptus, meaning to
abuse or destroy.

What is corruption?
Dishonest or fraudulent conduct by
those in power, typically involving
bribery.
The action of making someone or
something morally corrupt or the
state of being so.
Anything which is benefiting you by
illegal means whether that is bribery,
saying lies etc
