TERMS OF REFERENCE
1.
Managing Director / Chairman
The managing director operates within FLM.
Functional
1.1
Shall take ultimate responsibility for Health & Safety Management.
1.2
Responsible for planning, recommending and implementing agreed
organization's
policies consistent with corporate guidelines and objectives and relevant
statutory
requirements.
1.3
Chair and conduct regular management reviews of the management
systems. Ensure minutes
are taken and agreed actions followed up, implemented on time and
effectively.

Responsible for appointing a management representative..
1.5
Responsible for improving, implementing and monitoring the Health &
Safety management
systems.

Chairman of the Health and Safety Committee and review the overall
health and safety
performance of Fuji Logistics for continual improvement.

Safety and Health Management Representative ( SHMR )
The Management Representative report directly to Managing Director.

Recruits suitably qualified staff for company.

Review the overall health and safety performance of FLM for continual
improvement.

Responsible for improving, implementing and monitoring the Health and
Safety management
systems.

Senior Manager
The Senior Manager report directly to General Manager and Managing Director

Responsible for the efficient organization of the daily KLC operation in the
company to obtain
optimum results

Examines all area of KLC Warehouse where activities can affect the health
and safety.

Review the overall health and safety performance of FLM for continual
improvement.

Responsible for improving, implementing and monitoring the Health and
Safety management
systems.

Ensure that the health and safety management systems are adequately
implemented in the
department for the purpose of prevention of illnesses, injuries, accidents
and other incidents
6 Operation Manager (In-Factory)
The operational Manager report directly to General Manager.
