Objectives

individuals to a specific end, and are explicit

IV Therapy certification within one month
of beginning employment . The hospital will bear
the cost of this program.

provide step by step directions and method for
common situations
Procedures manuals provide a basis for
orientation and staff development and are a
ready reference for all personnel.
Good procedures can result in time and labor
savings.
