4. How does these machine works:

The Injectable dry Powder Filling Machine with rubber stopper unit is
having vari-speed S.S. Slat chain Conveyor with optional Turn Table
at in-feed & out-feed.

When the machine starts Vials are feed from Turn Table. Product
wheel will separate the vials, Powder is comes from the Hopper, Suck
by Filling wheel & then fill in to vial by piston assembly fitted in Filling
Wheel.

Now, filled vials are travel to Stopping Station, Rubber stopper are
comes from the hopper by chute one by one with the help of
vibratory system. Rubber stopper puts on vials & press wheel are
press the stopper on vials. Now, Filled & Stopper vials are goes to
discharge end
