manufacturing techniques available to produce the highest
quality products with the lowest possible price.
We offer a wide range of sports training equipment's from
Agility and Speed Training Equipment (Agility Hurdle, Agility
Ladders, Slalom Poles, Hoops, Resistance Training
equipment's etc.), Soccer Training Equipment, Marker
Cones, Saucer Cone, Athletic Equipment's, Fitness
Equipment, Coach Accessories and much more. We also

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY


On this method we have administered
questionnaire among 30 employees and
those were asked to put tick against an
appropriate option mentioned in the
questionnaire.
Find the training and development of
employee for Sport Industry.
Survey on the relation between management
and workers.
Find the mentality behavior of employee.
Survey of the working condition.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The research methodology adopted by me is both
subjective and objective survey.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Research Design consists of three parts:
Exploratory Research
Descriptive Research
Causal Research
An exploratory research focuses on the discovery of idea
and is generally based on secondary data. It is
preliminary investigation that does not have a rigid
design. This is because a researcher engaged in an
exploratory study that may have to change his focus as a
result of new ideas and relationship among the variables.

DATA SOURCE
Data is generally of two types:
Primary data
Secondary data
Primary Data are those data specially collected for
problem in hand. In this study data were collected from
primary sources in personal interview of employee and
interaction with employee by survey method.
Secondary Data are those data, which are collected for
some purpose other than helping and solving the
problem in hand.
Sources of secondary data are:
Old reports
Company records
Company web site

DATA INTERPRETATION
Are you satisfied that HR Dept. plays an excellent
role, that people fairly?
No. of respondent - 50

Influences:
In the survey I find more 60% employee of
company are satisfied with job. And second more
20% are strongly satisfied with the job. And lower
4% employee are strongly dissatisfied with the job.

Does the company is having a strong


Wages and Salary administration i.e.
distribution of wages and salary on due
date and time?

INFLUENCES:
In the survey I find more 60% employee says never.
And second more 20% employee says most of time.
And lower 10% employee says always and rarely.

FINDING

Training and Development of employee of Sport


Industry.
Relation between management and workers is good but
they have some misunderstanding.
Mentality behavior of employee about the company is
depend on the working condition and boss behaviour.
Working condition of the company is satisfactory for
employee.
Many employees have good thinking about his
supervisors.
Many employee are happly with tools and equipment
provided by the com pany.
Many employee take not attention on the union
meeting.

CONCLUSION
One the basis of personal opinion survey with the employees of SPORT
INDUSTRYand graphical representation. I analyzed that employees are
overall satisfied with the company that is they have Job Satisfaction.
My suggestion to the management that they should improve on Job
Satisfaction of the employees in current time, so that percentage increase
above 50% which can lead to batter performance level of the employees an
overall growth of the organization.
Some factors which are affected of the job satisfaction in over all company in
future.

Exit interview/attitude survey
Suggestion scheme
Counseling
Employees training
Promotion policy

SUGGESTIONS

Production are made intended to accomplish the task


of communicating effectively and properly, by
communicating to the right person, by communicating
the right message; put across through appearing and
persuasive language, to positively after the purchase
behavior of the target audience. The role of
advertisement is to provide the maximum economic
returns to the company and fulfilling other social and
informational objectives as well.
When seen in the light of above the advertising
campaign of the company broadly seems to achieve
the objectives.

LIMITATIONS
While working on this project I have to face some
difficulties while conducting the survey. People
were not interested in giving there actual
information about their product, as they were
extremely scared about the income tax some
people have difficult to take them in confidence
so that they can give correct information.
Some of the limitation is:
Not interest to meet
Refusal to co-operate
Respondent bias
