CAMPUS RECRUITMENT:
It has various programs like campus connect
and instep and other campus hiring programs.
Infosys recruits fresher's from engineering
colleges between may to September and in
management colleges it is between December
to March.

OFF -CAMPUS RECRUITMENT:
One can directly apply to Infosys through Career
Plus program. Online Form for Career Plus.
Eligibility depends upon nature of Jobs.
For BPO Jobs : Minimum qualification required is
Graduation/Diploma
and
should
have
good
communication skills & willing to work in shifts.
For IT/ Consulting Jobs : Infosys recruits fresh
Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates with
minimum of 60% in 10th, 10+2, Graduation, Post
Graduation.

reasoning & psychology tests)
Personal Interviews ( Technical & HR)
Decision Making & Making Offer

Based on certain eligibility criteria :
Good academic record i.e. overall 60%
in 10th. 12th , graduation (& post
graduation) if applicable
Any candidate who has previously
participated in the recruitment process
of Infosys in the past 9 months wont be
eligible

Generally Infosys conducts Tech and HR
interviews combined and by the same
panel for both.
One can be grilled on technical
questions depending on his/her stream
of study and experience and maybe to
solve a few problems in real time during
the HR interview

OFFER &
ACCEPTANCE
Once the candidate is selected ; the
company makes an offer of the benefits &
remuneration that the employee will be
entitled to while at Infosys
The offer is made based on the qualification
& experience and the salary index
In case the package is favorable to both
candidate & Infosys , the candidate accepts
the offer and joins Infosys
