The packages above are inclusive of:

1. Booked taxis rental / media cost for the period of display

2. 1-time standard production & installation for the advertising display
3. Installation venue, manpower & all miscellaneous costs
4. Taxis are booked on a first-come-first-served basis and the actual availability & installation
schedule
needs to be double checked with Taxi upon signed booking confirmation
5. Taxi reserves all the rights for the final explanation of the terms above

REMARKS
1.

Production Lead time:

4-door: 15 working days after colour proof being approved
3D Taxi top: 40-50 working days before installation

2.

Installation Schedule:
4-door/ superside: Approximately 5 days for 100 taxis, subject to fine weather
Taxi top: Approximately 8 days for 100 taxis, subject to fine weather

3.

Advertising rates include media rental, 1 version of production with 1 time installation and
demolition

4.

Minimum booking period: 1 month

5.

Minimum booking quantity: 50 taxis

6.

Subject to availability and confirmation of taxi owner

7.

Tailor-made package available for long-term bookings

8.

Special creative for 3D Taxi Top is subject to Transport Departments approval

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to owners final approval.

Photos are for reference only and actually site environment is subject to site inspection.
All bookings are on first-come first-serve basis and subject to availability.
All bookings are non-cancellable upon contract confirmation.
Standard Payment Terms: 50% upon signing of contract and 50% prior to installation date.
Advertisers shall submit layout design for censorship 15 days prior to installation.
Digital output files of layout design should be delivered to at least 12 working days prior to
installation.
For normal billboard display, 1 fine weather day is needed for installation work.
In the event of adverse weather conditions (such as flooding, landslips, rainstorm or typhoon), site
owners may request the temporary dismantling of banners. The dismantling & re-installation costs
shall be borne by advertisers.
For any request to keep storage of used banners, media co will charge advertisers a handling fee of
HK$1,000/banner/incident (including 1-time delivery to 1 location as per advertisers request or
At warehouse) and a storage fee of HK$1,000/month/banner (if applicable). Warehouse accepts no
responsibility of banners damage during the storage period.
