In Emergency Installation, we received 16 patients, consisted of :

1.Excoration wound : 1 pts wound toilet + mefenamic acid
discharge
2.Laceration wound : 3 pts Wound toilet + Suturing + Amoxicillin +
Mefenamic acid discharge
3.Granulosum ulcer on right and left of axilla brachii region, right and
left of hemithorax flank region , right and left of lumbal-illiaca region ,
right and left of posterior thigh region, right and left of buttock region
c.b combutio cb fire lighters 2 months ago after debridement + STSG 2
weeks ago : 1 pt paracetamol + wound care with moist gauze + proper
position + pro debridement + STSG elective C1LD
4.2nd grade Snake bite on 2nd fingers of left hand : 1 pt wound toilet +
linear incision + ATS Inj + TT Inj + ABU inj +Amoxicillin + Mefenamic
acid Mrk D
5. Penetrating wound on 1st finger of left foot plantar region c.b nails 1
hour ago : 1 pt wound toilet + linear incision + ATS Inj + TT Inj
+Amoxicillin + Mefenamic acid discharge

7. 4rd grade decubitus ulcer on left and right of buttock region cb

prolong imobilitation cb bilateral spastic hemiprasesis cb chronis
SNH 3 years ago, uncomplicated negelcted fracture of left collum
femur: 1 pt wound care with moist gauze + mobilitation every 2
hours + colaboration with neurologic dept GER D
8. SOL on right ganglia basalis region with GCS E4M6V5 =15 with
left hemiparese : 1 pt oxigenation +dexamethason inj + fenitoin
inj + ranitidin inj KTL
9. Mild head injury GCS E4M6V5 =15, Cephalgia : 1 pt
oxygenation+ observation + mefenamic acid R2A
10. Communicans Hidrocephalus cb suspect encephalitis: 1 pt pro
VP Shunt elective C1LD
11. 3th A grade open fracture of 1/3 distal right femur, 2nd
grade
uncomplicated open fracture of right patella
comminutive,
uncomplicated closed fracture of 1/3 proximal right fibula oblique
undisplaced:1 pt local debridement + ATS inj + TT Inj
ceftriaxone inj + Ketorolac inj + Splint aplication MRK L1
12. Mild head injury GCS E4M6V5 =15 + cephalgia, uncomplicated
closed fracture of 1/3 middle of left humerus oblique displaced : 1
pt oxygenation+ ketorolac inj + splint aplication + observation

14. 4th grade hydronephrosis bilateral c.b nephrolithiasis bilateral,
keratinizing squamous cell ca well defferentiated on bladder
TxNxM0 after sistoscopy biopsy 24 days ago , moderate
dehydration, hematuria, CRF : 1 pt rehidration + ketorolac inj +
three way urethral catheter application + colaboration with internist
department + pro chemotherapy R5A
