The Assessments
The assessments are portfolio and
presentation based.
Assessment 1
Individual Presentation
This is a 5 minute Presentation on a
Learning Experience of a Subject
Studies Topic. You will need to pick
this topic between Weeks 2 and 4, so
please take notes during lectures
and seminars
Due: Between weeks 10 and 11 of
Semester 1 Worth: 20% of the
module.

Assessment 2
Assessment 2 is a portfolio of written
tasks that centre around planning a
mini conference for a group of
companies looking to invest in
London. Please refer to the module
handbook for more guidelines.
Due: July 8th
Worth 80%

strengths, skills and talents and what
theyd like to achieve for themselves.
Now, here comes the twist!
Using the information you have,
come up with a simple 5 point plan
by which they can achieve their
dreams.

Academic Reading Circle


Reading on your degree can be fun,
but there can also be too much of it.
Reading and discussing a topic with a
group of people on the other hand is
never dull.
For the purpose of this module, well
be setting you up in Academic
Reading Circles.
Every week, you will either have to
read an article we suggest or pick one
to read, discuss and then present
during a seminar.
