L0 - creates DTTs for the complaints received by mail / phone
- proactive monitoring
- solves Change Requests / Information Request DTTs
- support for the intervention teams if no DTT is opened
L1 - solves DTTs : in 15 min takes the DTT in WIP, in 45 min solves the problem or
escalades the ticket to another entity and provides the ETR.
- support for the intervention teams
IMP Supervisor
- analizes DTTs / sDTTs status
- escalation point for managers - knows the state of each DTT and is able to provide
information for different requests
- responsible for L0, L1 and astrainte schedule
- offers solutions for different organizational matters

Major BS, AU impacting more than 15 circuits(=POPs) (or HQ
cumulating more than that)
Critical DR, SDH.. impacting more than 30 circuits(=POPs) (or HQ
cumulating more than that)

Common incidents in cases of incidents affecting both mobiles and


fixed:
2 IA will be issued
The FD IA will contain the reference of the one on mobiles (depending
which one is issued first)
